my cousin cassandra's wedding

we all arrived at 8pm at CONRAD hotel opp suntec city.
all the rest of my relatives of my dad side were gathering already. & i saw the beautiful bride cassandra cuzzy. she is sooo prettyy i tell youuu.
at some angles i really think she looks like felicia chin

first of all, conrad is a 5 star hotel & every dish they serve you in a very presentable way.
everything is high class here. the waitress even does a self-introduction of herself & that she is here to serve you.

first dish of the night: sliced barbecued sucking pic, marinated shell meat, deep-fried seafood roll, prawn salad and jellyfish with sesame seeds.

then comes the braised shark's fin soup with crabmeat, crab roe & bamboo pith

this is one of my fav dishes : sauteed scallops with asparagus and capsicum combined with scallops coated with mashed taro

steamed red garoupa with cloud ear fungus, salted turnip and superior light sauce

& my dad got the best part which is the head.

poached live prawn with herbs and chinese wine :)

crispy roasted chicken with fermented shrimp paste served with prawn crackers

our dessert of the day : chilled mango puree with pearl sago, strawberry, bursts of pomelo and coral weeds.

wonder who is next in line to get wedded. HAHA.

my dad joked said my turn will be 5 years down the road.

my bro took this shot. i think its very classic & it turned out nice for my mum cause she looks nice there. however, for me i don't know what happened to my eyes. i look as if i'm in a state of shock. *gasps! hahaha.

catched up with my relatives and i found out most of them are using FACEBOOK.

its the IN-THING now. even jeremy signed up for facebook today. goshh.

but its true you know, fb really connects people together.

i found my primary one photo that i don't even have right now. & all my primary school mates whom i haven't seen in ages. seeing how much they have changed & grown.

i am hooked onto pet society and word challenge. everytime i go online facebook is my number one website. HAHAHA.

anyways let me sidetrack alittle, i still havent found a job :(

only working the admin job for 2 days which is on the 29th and 30th of dec.

the carolling gig i am not involved cause i cannot commit certain days. sad man.

but its okay waiting for better opportunities to come!

am going to try out for the hotel banquet job. a lobang by yc.
