my PP is finally over !! :)met max for a very early lunch today at S11 tampines at 1115am. HAHA.i think we met alittle too early so after that we went to TM to shop alittle. whahaa.took 969 at 1230pm and reach woodlands inter at 130pm. i noe im kiasu.while waiting for 169 at the inter, i saw sooo many year 2s wearing formal outfit.i thought to myself. oh no, everyone esle is dressed in formal wear except for me.i wore tee shirt and jeans. :( cause they didnt state that we got to wear formal. oops.anyhows,my presentation was at 2pm. HAHA. saw alot of ppl gathering at agora halls outside sticking the blue tacks on the posters. in fact, i was feeling nervous before going in for my presentation.when i went over to booth 32, i already saw a girl presenting. i waited at the opposite booth with another pretty china student. the girl presenting was quite good i must say. she had good presentation skills and knew her stuff well. after she ended, it was the china girl's turn and finally MINE. :) my heart was thumping but i prayed in my heart that God you will give me the confidence to stand out! :Dwhat can i say? 30mins of presentation was good. i think the 3 assessors asked me like 7 questions altogether. i was like overwhelmed but glad that i managed to answer them. :)& the best part is the comments are OUT! so efficient right.comment by annie ong :Clear and coherent presentation with appropriate elaboration of main points illustrated on posters. Able to address questions posted with reasonable answers.comment by 1st assessor:The presentation contain effective and thoughtful introductory and concluding paragraphs. The suggested recommendation is well achieved.comment by 2nd assessor:The cue card is a good tool to help in your presentation but i suggest that make it more natural by elaborating in your own words rahter than reading directly fromt the cue card. rading directly from the cue card might ""break" your discussions and disrupt the thoughts of the audience.i was so elated when i saw the comments written for me. actually why i use cue cards during presentation is in case i forget any information or details that i left out. cause i am kinda bad at memorising information, i guess i need to work on that area. :) glad that its all over :)now i only need to worry about my FYP group for next year.marilyn who shall we recruit?
