i tell you when i was watching the match yesterday night between LIN DAN & LEE.
it was phenominal !! both were good i tell you. but LIN's speed and accuracy is very strong.

it was a GOOD game.

Phelps swims into history with eighth gold

American Michael Phelps won his eighth and final gold medal at the Beijing 2008 Olympics with a world record swim by the US team in the Men's 4 x 100m Medley Relay. The win brings Phelps' 14th career Olympic gold, five more than any other athlete in Olympic history.

China's Xiao Qin wins Men's Pommel Horse Olympic gold

Chinese Xiao Qin won the Men's Pommel Horse gold medal at the Beijing Olympic Games here on Sunday. Xiao scored his winning mark of 15.875 points!!

One thing i realised about gymnasts people are that they are super good looking really!
HAHAAA. yesterday i was watching those fit good looking guys do their thing.

&& they can superceed cheerleaders with their arabats stunts and all.

i am going to work tmr - thursday. 2 different admin jobs all at east area.
YAYNESS. thank God for opportunities and open doors really.

this morning prayer meeting at Heart of God church was amazing.
did 1hr of quiet time and tarried in God's presence. seeing the congregation coming together as one body to pray and intercede together really makes me yearn more for God

4 days left to the end of prayer session.
