WEEKENDS are awesome really.
friday after UT. chiong down to toa payoh & met joelle.
bought stuff for cg and dinner.
we practiced praise and worship tgt w kenneth.
we had a GOOD time =D
cg was different that day. justin got us to write on a piece of paper a name, position & company which we want to see ourself in future. it was like a networking session where we approached one another and talked abt ourselves, gave & received compliments.
it was a good experience cause me myself i'm not used to these kinda stuff.
in future, when i go out and work i will go through these kind of meetings & dat is when i have to learn to be confident of who i am (:
then cg sermon was on passion.
so we were broken up into 3 groups.
our tasks:
1. what is our definition of PASSION?
2. what are our passions?
3. how can we grow/develop it?
each group did a mini presentation and to me i feel that
passion is 100% commitment & availing urself even out of ur inconvinence = time.
sat no cg. but was good time spent packing my stuff at home.
5 DAYS LEFT till move house.
then met lisa dearie at city hall.
followed her to shawn & gladys dance school.
omggg. i seem to like ball room dancing.
maybe attend latin dance lessons ?
could be interesting. shall see about it.
i have just 2 words for service = MIND BLOWING
the video shown when Sun was in Sichuan doing humanitarian works.
the song just touched my heart deeply.
tears rolled down my cheeks.
especially the part where she mentioned about the kids having such positive attitude despite the environment in which they are studying at & classes all starting at the same time.
all the more it convicts my heart to go for missions. really.

3. value of INSIGNIFICANT GIFTS.
the last point really inspired me to want to serve God more depsite be it BIG or small.
sometimes we may think to ourselves God why doesn't anyone see the effort i put in or acknowledge the things that i do?
but God spoke to me that even the smallest actions or things that you do may seem insignificant, you never know that it may impact someone's life?
i believe we got to come to a level where we humble ourselves and serve one another.

the new worship song renewed my love for GOD once again.
