attended val darling's 21st party yesterday night.
sorry that i reached so late my dear as i was not feeling well but i still made it!
will not miss it no matter what :D

went for talentz inc gathering at siew yan's place last wed

it was like a house warming cum performance thingy ! very very fun hahahas.

last sunday i attended Baby Mckayla's 1st Birthday !
she is soooo cute please.

recently we had our very first RP event of this semester!

it was called "RP IGNITE" :)

this event was meant for all the rp chc students to get to noe one another & of cos for JJ our RP IC to share with us his vision for this year '09.

i enjoyed it very much bcos i got an opportunity to host with alvin my gd buddy!

he's very talented also. funny guy lah.

we had a good time of games, sabo-es & performances!

yesterday was seriously the longest day i had for the month of July so far! :D

i practically ran all the way frm expo mrt to expo hall 1 coffee bean.

met joyce and the rest of the ppl serving for choir.

learnt our parts and went inside the hall for sound check.

found out we didn't have a choir stand so we had to make use of the space on the left hand side of the stage. arranged the ppl in 4 rows :)

justt wanna say thank you guys for availing yourself to serve!

we rocked DT & YL praise and worship session!

was so blessed by the msg that Bro Darren preached on which is the talent is in you.

each of us are gifted with something that God has placed in us.

its a matter of how we are going to release our talents in our various marketplace :)

and the time is NOW! why wait?

i am not in school today.
applying LOA(Leave of Absence) cos i got mc given by the doctor on sat.
had cough and flu for the past few days.
thank God i'm feeling better :)

jieyin msg me in the morning.
she is also not feeling well for the past few days.

alot of people falling sick from RP.
the RP management should seriously do something about it in order to further prevent the virus from spreading.

many are complaining. till today there are 51 cases already

today is my FYP day also, sorry guys can't be there.
lots of things need to be done :(
report and my codes! esp. trial balance.
tmr after school need to stay back to do w marilyn :D

wed is my E-trial for BTT. need to revise later again rawr.
and i need to go school in the morning for FYP meeeting with our advisor.
then rush to ubi.
that day is also the last lesson of my Acting class! :)

anyway, yesterday my family made a trip to JB for a day.
was very fun! although 3/4 of the time i was falling asleeeep due to my medication.
my cough sryup caused drowsiness =x

bought shoes! makeup! & food! hahahahas.
me and mummy went to do our hair also. i did hair treatment cos i realised my hair has been really dry and frizzy. URGHH. :(

if any of you are having the same problem as me, here's what you can do!

You need to give your hair lots of TLC, with product that are designed to restore your hair’s moisture level to its optimum 8%. Look for shampoos that contain natural humectants (magnet like properties to attract moisture), that will work together will your natural oils, to restore your hair’s moisture level to its optimum 8%. Treatment conditioners that contain wheat, rice or corn proteins will repair damaged cuticles, improve porosity, elasticity and general health and appearance of your hair.

Those of us with naturally curly, wavy or frizzy hair, or those of us who chemically treat our hair. Will need to give our hair extra nurturing by supplying our hair with the necessary nutrition and moisture that it needs. Chemical treatments (I.e. perms, hair dyes or bleaches.), will deplete the hair of moisture. bringing the hair moisture level own to as low as 2%. When this occurs you will start to notice split ends. If these are not repaired forthwith and the moisture level not restored to 8%, Your split ends will turn to breakage. This obviously needs to be avoided at all costs. Those of us who live in hot, sunny or arid climates; need to make sure that our hair care product contain sunscreens to protect our hair from the damaging affects of the UV rays. If not the same thing will happen as to those of use that use chemicals on our hair.

Summary... Our hair needs MOISTURE, MOISTURE, and MOISTURE! Who needs to add moisture more than most? People with naturally curly hair, chemically treated hair or people who live in hot sunny climates.

sat we had our cgc meeting with zoe at my place.

and she posed a question which really got me thinking.
are we people who are driven by an external voice/direction?

do we carry the burden? is there an inner initiative?

sometimes we do things only when we feel its right or when we are tasked to complete a job.

"real leaders challenge the process of life!" - i feel this phrase is very true. :)

we don't just live each day as it is but being productive in everything we do!

i am soo excited for the decentralised service wkend whr we be having our own service in every zone! looking forward to it! :D

this wk is going to be busy busy busy.
-preparing for rp chc event on friday at riverwalk.
-fyp, fyp & fyp!
